Hyundais' Kona Electric range pricing will start from £29,495 – and that’s not including the £4,500 Plug-In Car Grant.

Hyundai Kona has already been well received, it is stylish, comfortable and practical. Kona Electric has a range of up to 300 miles on one charge. 

Styling changes for the Kona Electric are subtle with really the addition of a silver accent trim at the top of the closed grille which has been slightly redesigned to house the electric charging point,in addition to a slight change to the front bumper. 

It’s available with two different power outputs – a 39kWh battery with 133bhp version or a 64kWh and 200bhp combination. 

The starting price of 24,995 (including the Government grant) is available with the SE 39kWh Kona Electric. This features a seven-inch display audio with DAB, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear parking sensors, rear view camera, Bluetooth connectivity and leather steering wheel details. 

The range goes up to the top-spec Premium SE version, kitted out with the 64kWh battery from £36,295. This features the addition of LED headlamps with high beam assist, static cornering lights and heads up display. That’s on top of the equipment, including an eight-inch touchscreen display, KRELL audio system and wireless charging on the mid-range Kona Electric Premium for £30,870.
